The production of your products will typically take 2 to 5 business days (during back-to-school and holidays, this may take longer).

Shipping time is separate from production time and varies based upon your location and the shipping option you select.

Shipping time begins when the carrier picks up the package from our facility in Orlando, FL and ends when it is delivered to your location.

The total time it takes for you to receive your custom gear is based upon several factors including the amount of production time to customize your products, your delivery address and the shipping option you've selected.

You can select different shipping options and speeds by choosing the type of service that meets your needs. Each shipping option has a range of times. These ranges are set by the carriers and may vary.

Economy

2 to 8+ days transit time. Delivery Monday through Friday

Express (Express shipping coming soon)
1-3+ days transit time.

Delivery Monday through Saturday

Please note that changing your shipping option to a different or faster method will not change the production time. As an example, if you select express , you will not receive your gear the in two days. Your customization will still take 2 to 5 business days. Once your order preparation (processing and packing to ship) is complete, your order will ship and you will receive it on the next business day following the shipping date.

Also, when you select express, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the requested time frame.
